Speriamo che i prodotti PHAEONIA siano di tuo gradimento! Se comunque cambi idea, la richiesta di reso deve essere compilata direttamente online a questo link entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione dell'ordine. I prodotti devono essere rispediti esattamente nella stessa condizione in cui li hai ricevuti: non indossati, non lavati e restituiti con tutti i cartellini attaccati compreso il sigillo di garanzia integro. Ti invitiamo pertanto, qualora dovessi provare un capo, a non togliere le etichette che trovi attaccate altrimenti il reso non verrà accettato.  Una volta inserita la richiesta di reso, riceverai subito un’e-mail di conferma inserimento della tua richiesta di reso con il numero RMA associato.

RESTITUZIONE DEI PRODOTTI Come faccio a restituire i miei articoli? Stampa la mail di autorizzazione al reso e inseriscila nel pacco insieme agli articoli da restituire e applicando l'etichetta di reso che hai trovato nella confezione originaria. Invia il pacco tramite corriere o servizio postale nazionale all'indirizzo che ricevi nella mail di autorizzazione del reso. RIMBORSO Non appena il tuo reso verrà consegnato al nostro magazzino, l'Ufficio Controllo Qualità effettuerà le opportune verifiche. In caso di esito positivo, ti invieremo una mail per confermare il reso e la disposizione del rimborso. Il rimborso verrà effettuato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce tramite lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per confermare l’ordine. Ti verrà riaccreditato il prezzo dei prodotti acquistati. PHAEONIA, non consente cambi di merce ma provvede al rimborso del costo degli articoli resi. Per l’eventuale cambio dovrai procedere con la registrazione di un nuovo ordine. Ti ricordiamo anche che il tempo tecnico per ottenere il rimborso dipende dalle procedure interne del tuo Istituto di credito.

Reso per prodotto difettoso o errato. Oltre al diritto di recesso, per legge ti spetta un prodotto adeguato, o quello che in termini legali viene definito “un prodotto conforme a quanto concordato”.
